We strive to provide the best care for all our Aussiedoodle puppies! To protect their health and minimize the risk of introducing any illnesses, we kindly limit outside visits to our kennel. We welcome visitors who are seriously interested in adopting a puppy or those who have already placed a deposit and wish to meet the parents of their future furry companion.

In the event of unforeseen circumstances affecting a reserved puppy, where a deposit has been placed, we offer the flexibility to choose an alternative available puppy or apply the deposit toward reserving a future puppy from an upcoming litter. Alternatively, a refund of the deposit is available. If there is a cancellation or default without adopting the puppy, the deposit will go toward efforts to find a new home for the puppy.
We maintain open communication, making multiple attempts to reach you, and provide a two-week grace period before considering the puppy abandoned. If no response is received during this time, the puppy will become available for reservation to ensure it finds a suitable new home. We are committed to fairness, understanding, and flexibility, taking into account circumstances beyond your control.
All our puppies come with a 1-year health guarantee. If, within 72 hours of bringing your puppy home, you find yourself dissatisfied, we offer a money-back guarantee, provided the puppy is returned to our premises at the buyer’s expense. Our commitment to providing healthy Aussiedoodles is underscored by our assurance that, in the unfortunate event of major genetic health issues diagnosed by a licensed veterinarian within one year of purchase, we will facilitate an exchange for a puppy of equal value.
